The Ktizo Method Level 3 Pilates Certification
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This course is only available to students who have completed their level 2 certification. Students who are ready to take the FINAL step toward becoming an instructor, this is for you! Level 1 and 2 Certification is required before attending the Level 3 course.
*Students who have passed their Level 2 certification course may instruct beginner classes at Ktizo (if hired).

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
Students will learn Pilates, P.B.T., and Ktizo-specific Intermediate-Advanced exercises, cues, and progressions, as well as the incorporation of tools. Students will also learn and be able to demonstrate proper instruction of full-length Ktizo Method Traditional, Hiit, and Heat workouts.
What is the Cost, Dates, and What will I get out of the course?
The level 3 course cost is $350. Registration is now live on the Glofox app!
Dates for Summer 2026 are May 22-24.
Students will receive in-person training in the advanced exercises of Pilates, P.B.T., and the Ktizo Method, as well as become confident in leading any class type. At the end of the weekend, a test will be provided to determine certification. Student's who fail to pass may retake the exam one within 30 days at no extra cost. If a 3rd test is required, it will be available for an additional fee.
*Not all students who enroll in the certification course may be hired by Ktizo as an instructor. Student's must complete a level 2 certification before registering for Level 3 course.
