What is Pilates?
Pilates Shapes, Strengthens, and Rebalances the body by focusing exercises on the trunk - between the ribs and tops of the knees. Using very specific breathing cues, muscles that are targeted receive oxygen that is needed to heal and strengthen. To elongate the spine and the limbs, stretching is an essential part of every Pilates class at KTIZO Fitness.

Class Types
Below is a general description of the different class formats we offer at KTIZO. All classes can be modified to fit our clients' needs, just let your instructor know how she can best serve you!
Pilates Barre
Traditional Mat Pilates/PBT
Pilates HIIT
Ktizo HEAT
The traditional exercise method of the Ballerina., taught by dancers with decades of experience. This class reflects a ballet class more clearly than other barre classes you may have attended.
Anyone who wants to recover core and pelvic floor strength is welcome here. Beginner to advanced, you are welcome here! Hybrid level is mixed beginner/intermediate.
Exert maximal energy for 45 seconds with a 15-second rest between each exercise to increase the amount of calories burned. Our HIIT classes are zero-impact and injury friendly.
A heated, intermediate-level Pilates mat/PBT workout. 95* F to allow for max range of motion in the muscles and joints. These are 40 minute HIIT style with 15 minutes of rest at the end.
