January brings the most inspiring time of year for all of us, but are you drawn towards clear, S.M.A.R.T goals for 2024? We have a life-changing event planned for you to learn how to identify the perfect goals to set for yourself.
What is a Vision Clarity Workshop?
Ktizo's New Year's workshop starts with 1.5 hours spent on your body with Caroline Haynie, a 10-year Ballet instructor turned Fitness and Nutrition Coach. In this, you'll identify your personal physical challenges and ways to address each one. Why? When your body is healthy, your mind is clear!
Following that, spend 1.5 hours with Kristi Pulliam, a Licensed Professional Leadership and Success Coach who is also licensed in the Enneagram. During your time with Kristi, you'll assess your personal challenges and dreams to articulate and create your vision for 2024.
Where and When is this happening?
Ktizo's Vision Clarity Workshop will be held on December 30th from 12-2:30 PM in Downtown Jonesboro, AR.
What Can I expect to get out of a 2024 Vision Clarity Workshop?
From the first session, you will experience a short Yoga-Pilates Class to warm up your mind and body, as well as warm up to your environment and your peers!
Following that, you will go through a few movement pattern tests to help you identify exactly where you'll start your fitness journey in 2024.
Finally, you'll use your new awareness to write down your S.M.A.R.T. fitness goals for the New Year!
In the second session, you'll be guided to identify your specific dreams and ambitions as you learn more about your individual enneagram number, other strategies for greater self-awareness, and what that knowledge means for your life. Spend time articulating your highest vision for yourself for 2024, and create advantageous strategies to achieve it.
What are S.M.A.R.T. Goals?
S.M.A.R.T. goals are goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound.
